Ability to configure retry when the checks are initiated by Verccel deployment

Curently if the check fails on scheduling it is rerun.(The entire check is rerun irrespective of how many test cases in side that check have failed.

However, when the check fails when it is initiated by a Vercel deployment, checkly doesnt retry it.

It would be helpful if checkly retries the failing test case(not entire check) once and give a result like it gives for scheduled checks.
