Ability to generate a CLI code representation of all resources in an account

Currently, we can see a Checkly CLI code representation of resources (checks, monitors, alert channels, etc) by running npx checkly import. However, this only shows the code for resources managed via the UI (docs).

It would be nice to have a similar command, but it generates the code for everything in an account and not just UI-managed resources.
