Account audit log

Currently, we can see an activity log for checks and other constructs. For example, for a specific check, I can see when someone created or updated it. Same for maintenance windows, dashboards, etc.

However, this is only shown per construct. If a check is deleted, there’s no way for a user to see who deleted it or when it was deleted. Additionally, we’re missing logs for things like account settings and member management.

It would be helpful to have a unified account activity logs that includes construct creations, updates, and deletions, as well as other important account changes, so users can easily see what’s happening in their account.
