Add aggregate check run view on home dashboard

The Checkly home dashboard is used to monitor start/stop impacts during incidents, and correlating it between different workflow. However, one bar on the home dashboard represents one check run which can make it difficult to map correlating impacts when checks run on different frequencies.
Adding an aggregated view where one bar represents a certain time slot persisting through all checks and all checks displaying the same time range in the home dashboard would make it easier to spot correlations during incident management and help to have an accurate view of the timeline among all workflows.

This could be added as an option (choose between run-based view or aggregated view) or replace the current run-based view.
