It would be nice to have some kpi’s for mgmt and customers like:
MTTR
SLA’s (calculated in defined time ranges a day)
In general list of outages from all active and not muted checks (for internal)
The same for services (for customers)
AVG Uptime in defined time range
Format should be PDF
