Add more information to TCP monitor result page

Currently, the check result page for TCP monitors gives us limited information on why the monitor failed:

It’d be nice to have additional debugging information here, like logs, TCP dumps, more specific error messages, etc., so users know more about why their monitor failed and where to start troubleshooting.
