Add Support for Long-lived TCP Connection Checks

Request: Create long-lived TCP connections to a service, and run checks over those connections instead of initiating a new connection every time a check runs.

Notes: This would better mimic real user behavior for services that depend on long-lived connections. It’d also let teams compare regular (short-lived) checks with long-lived ones to spot any issues or performance drops that show up over extended connections.
