Additional Pricing Plans

It would be great to have additional pricing options and plans between team and enterprise. We're at the limit of the team plan but can't yet justify the cost of an enterprise plan.
pricing options such as:

• add additional users to team plan

• add blocks of pre-paid browser/api check runs
