Alert channel labels

Would be nice to be able to give alert channels titles/labels to make it easier to identify where the alert channel is alerting to. Right now it only shows the URL (eg Slack hook URL, webhook URL, etc), which is not easily readable at a glance.

Having labels would allow you to know which Slack hook goes to which channel, or which webhook goes to which endpoint on a service.
