Allow ad hoc POST/v1/check-sessions/trigger runs during maintenance windows

We have an octopus step template to hit the synthetic checkly check as part of the deployment process, however, this times out and fails deployments if the check is in a maintenance window. We’d like to maintain our current maintenance windows AND allow team members to continue working seemlessly outside of normal hours if needed without having to disable test automation to do so. right now the script looks for an active maintenance window and gracefully skips the step if it finds one, but i’d like to be able to schedule ad hoc through the api any time of day.
