API for Retrieving All Incidents and Email Notifications for Incident Updates

I've noticed that the current API requires an incident GUID to retrieve information about a specific incident. It would be incredibly beneficial to have an API endpoint that allows fetching a list of all incidents without needing to specify an incident GUID. This would greatly enhance usability for scenarios requiring broad incident data analysis and monitoring.

Additionally, implementing a feature for email notifications when a new incident is created or an existing one changes status would be extremely valuable. It would help in keeping stakeholders informed in real-time, thus improving incident response times.
