Attaching logs to heartbeats

Allow attaching logs to heartbeats to give better context when responding to a failure. This should be made together with the possibility to send a failure ping.

A backup scrip that you want to monitor could easily finish with a failure after 5 seconds.

You want the failure as fast as possible together with logs to give you context.
