Enable 'activate/deactivate' feature on checks while testing.

Hi Checkly Team,

Currently, if there are a couple of check groups and one group set with 'activated: false', checkly still runs that group's checks while testing.

It would be really useful to enable the feature of activating / deactivating checks or check group while testing too, in addition to monitoring.
