Enterprise: Billing and usage

Currently the view for Billing and Usage when on an enterprise account doesn't portray effectively monthly usage and trends over time.

It would be helpful to show clearly what sources usage is coming from;

testing, on demand, deployed checks, retries

a table like the following could be leverage
