Events feature

An simple POST webhook endpoint which can be called when something happens on our end (via CI for example)

The timestamp of that event should be shown in selected dashboards. (Red bars in the picture)

In our case it would be called as soon as a release happens. If we see something start failing, our team would also see that a release happened in relation to that immediatly.

It could even be a hook called when on of our datadog monitors goes off, too see how that impacts our tests.
