Generate alerts for SSL expiration resolution

While routing alerts through a webhook, SSL monitoring will trigger an expiration alert based on threshold.
"alert_type": "ALERT_SSL"
It would quite useful to receive an equivalent alert for resolution when the certificate is renewed. Something like ALERT_SSL_RESOLVED or similar.
