handling `octet-stream` responses

We have some endpoints that produce:

content-type: application/octet-stream 

responses.

Checkly isn't able to handle those and we get back a:

Binary response body was scrubbed by Checkly

We are unable to to verify the body of the response.

These endpoints are from opensource software and we need it to verify the system is healthy. A 200 isnt enough of a health verification as the response body could say unhealthly.
