Improved Updated Log

Hi team!

When we're in the Checkly UI we can see Check Activity Log we can tell that something changed and by someone, but we don't have an idea of what changed.

It would be useful to be able to get more granular details about these changes. Did we update frequency? Did we update the Playwright script? Locations? Was it muted? Etc.
