Include TLS/SSL Handshake timing in Timing Phases

Many tools such as curl can report timings in slightly greater detail than is available in the timing phases of a check currently (see the various time_ options under -w). It is helpful to understand which parts of a connection are causing slowness when trying to debug an issue.
