Hi folks!
We're currently looking over at the Custom Dashboards as an option to give to our enterprise clients in order to assert the state of our SLAs. But, the way our contracts have been set up by our legal department, our SLAs are not calculated with a rolling window, but a "hard" view for the month (basically, here's the state of SLA for the entire month of April).
In order to give them that information using Custom Dashboards, I feel like I'd have to take a snapshot / screenshot of the board on the first of the month.
Could it be possible to have a monthly view possibility in Custom Dashboard?
