npm runtime package request: viem

We're looking for a way to create and end-to-end monitor for our Ethereum testnet by sending simple transactions in a checkly check from around the world. This requires some npm package to handle signing and sending the transaction. We usually use viem, but other libraries like ethers or web3 would work as well. One approach we attempted was to first bundle the dependencies with tsup, but then we receive "Combined test length of setup script and test is too long. The returned setup variables or the test might be too long".
