runtime addition for Percy visual regression(due to same codebase)

 The following NPM dependencies were used, but aren't supported in the runtimes.
                @percy/playwright

This code will be run on Percy infra once or twice a day unlike checkly test frequency. It is separate from Checkly.  The idea here is to reuse the functional tests which will run on checkly to also be sent to Percy for visual regression at their infra. This would mean that there will be some common dependencies in package.json(@percy/playwright & @percy/cli for both but it will be a lot easier for me to maintain since the code base will be same.
