Support for test.fail() from Playwright

It would be great to have support for test.fail() so that I can mark some of my tests as regressed. I'd still want them to run, so that I know if they start working again. I'm using the Checkly CLI and would expect tests with test.fail() to not be impacting the exit code of the cli.
