Support Markdown in Status Page Description Box

Problem: The description field currently treats all input as plain text. Users are forced to paste long, raw URLs, which disrupts the page's visual hierarchy and user experience.

Proposed Solution: Enable a Markdown parser for the description field. Specifically, the ability to use:

• Hyperlinks: [Link Text](URL)

• Basic Styling: Bold and Italics for emphasizing critical incident details.

Value: Improves readability for end-users and provides a more modern, polished look for our public-facing status pages.
