Tool to calculate currently configured monthly check runs

A plan gives you x check runs per month until overages incur. It would be nice to have a tool that tells me how many runs my current configuration of checks will lead to (minimum with no retries used, and maximum with all retries used). That way I can be confident that I will be inside the plan quota - or adapt my configuration if I am not.
